The Express Menu
At Hernande’z, we refuse to use microwave ovens. All of your
food is made fresh to order. However, we realize that sometimes,
you need delicious, wholesome food…quickly! Please mention your
time constraints when ordering. The following items are able to
be made more quickly than our other menu, which features the
handmade corn tortillas. So, if you are in a hurry, use this
menu!

Have you seen the loteria card for “la sirena” yet? this platter
is named
after our own sirena who created it from her favorite items.
it also happens to be quick to make! be sure to ask for cutlery.
A final note…some of our recipes call for peanuts—and a variety
of proteins and other potential allergens. if you have serious
or life threatening allergies, please choose not to eat here.
Our kitchen is just too small and too busy! it’s possible to
make mistakes and we could never live with ourselves if we did
harm to someone. Please do not take the risk. our food is
delicious, but still, it’s just not worth it.
